50% Down Payment will be required before work is started on your site.

This description of services is included to help you answer questions on fees necessary to build your web site. Please call with questions. I am always happy to explain web site lingo.

Domain Name Purchase $25
I purchase domain names through Doteasy and do not charge an additional fee for this service. Doteasy provides free web hosting, so you don't have to pay any additional fees unless you want additional features. You can view more about their service through the link below. I will buy the domain name of your choice if it is available. This fee will reserve your domain name for one year. After which, I will automatically renew your domain name and bill you the $25 to reserve the name again.

Domain Locking $7.45
When Domain Locking is enabled for a domain name, any requests to transfer the domain to another registrar or hosting company will automatically fail. This can be used to help prevent domain theft , hijacking or other fraudulent transfers of domain names.

HTML Home Page $100
Includes: the layout and graphics for the whole site; keywords for the search engines; meta tags and description for search engines; text and graphics for home page.

Additional HTML Pages $50/each
Includes: text and graphics for each additional page; keywords for each additional page; meta tags and description for search engines.

Link Research $50
Web Site visits to your site increases when you have a link page constructed for your site. Adding reciprocal links with other sites that are generating a good traffic flow will help both sites gain more viewers. This fee includes researching sites to link to yours with the same subject matter and interests your site will have. The fee covers 2 hours of research and linking to other sites.

Maintenance of your Site $20/hour
When you need your site updated, I will do that for you. Submit your text changes and email me your images to place on your site.
